Plastiflex Group N.V. ("Plastiflex", "Plastiflex Group" or the "Group") has signed an agreement to acquire RVENT Medikal ("R-Vent" or the "Company"), a leading respiratory care medical company.

Plastiflex is a world leader in the production of tubing systems and components for medical and industrial applications. RVENT Medikal, based in Izmir, Turkey, is a medical device company specializing in the production of single-use respiratory systems.

The manufacturing facility in Izmir will become the European healthcare manufacturing hub for Plastiflex’s respiratory care operations. As a result of the partnership with RVENT, the combined Group will offer a wide range of respiratory care solutions such as respiratory circuits, catheter connectors, respiratory filters, and masks, in addition to the existing Plastiflex spiral-wound tubing solutions. In the respiratory care market, the combination of Plastiflex and RVENT will hold strong positions in the sleep, ventilation, and anesthesia segments.

The Group will operate nine manufacturing facilities worldwide, including four dedicated healthcare operations in North America (Mexico), EMEA (Germany and Turkey), and Asia (China).
